TechChip Engineering BV is an independent consultancy specialised in integrated circuit layout design. We partner with semiconductor companies, fabless startups and design houses that need senior layout expertise — without the overhead of permanent hires.

From our base in Oss, Netherlands, we work with clients across Europe, contributing to projects in industrial, automotive, medical and high-performance computing markets. Whether you need a single block or full top-level integration, we plug in seamlessly with your team and tools.

Managing Director

As Managing Director of TechChip Engineering BV, Marthony supports semiconductor companies in delivering high-performance RF and analog IC products through expert mask layout design. Working closely with design teams, he translates schematics into silicon-ready layouts across advanced technology nodes.

With decades of hands-on experience spanning deep-submicron technologies operating in the GHz range, his work covers everything from floorplanning through tape-out — with a constant focus on performance, matching and reliability.
